An exciting opportunity awaits you in the Warranty Department as a Warranty Coordinator! In this role, you will be a part of the Global Warranty Team managing the commercial aspects of warranty in the business. You will be responsible to ensure and validate warranty data are in place prior to commencement of warranty period.

Being part of a global team, you are expected to communicate closely with product, projects, and especially the service teams where Kongsberg Maritime has extensive service stations globally, to deliver timely solution-oriented response so as to meet customers forever challenging demands - from issues reported to issues resolved.

Responsibilities

· Perform handover checks from project end phase to warranty phase

· Collaborate closely with colleagues including our other sister offices

· Register and assess warranty claims

· Manage warranty project accounts

· Prepare shipments and service attendances

· Establish claims towards vendors and track returns of defective parts

 

Qualifications and experience

· Bachelor of Business or other relevant degrees and skills

· Experience in AX and CRM is beneficial but not essential

· Proficient in Microsoft suites of applications eg Outlook, Teams, OneNote, Word, Excel

· Knowledge in governing documents residing in Business Management System

· Good communication skills in English in both written and spoken
