Kongsberg Maritime CM, AMS Godvik, is responsible for spare part sales for all systems and products belonging to the product portfolio for our Electrical & Power systems in Godvik, Bergen.

Due to the increasing activity, we will now expand our team and are looking for a Warehousing operator/Spare part planner. In the position you will work with warehouse and inventory management in addition to inbound and outbound planning.   

Key responsibility

• Receipt, registration and control of goods
• Picking, packing and organize shipping of outgoing goods
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and forecasting demand
• Follow-up of delivery plans, planning of inbound and outbound delivery
• Maintenance of article data
• Setup and monitoring of productions orders
• Contribute to continuously develop and improve our work processes

 

Qualifications and experience

• Ability to deal with several activities simultaneously in a hectic environment
• Self-reliant, initiative, and service minded
• Conscientious and enthusiastic
• Interest in logistics
• Technical and practically skilled
• Experienced from working with Microsoft Applications (Excel and Outlook) and modern ERP systems
• Fluent written and spoken English and Norwegian language
• Focus on the customer's needs and expectations
• The candidate needs to have a valid Work Visa for Norway
