As a Technical Project Lead, you will be part of a positive and solution-oriented team working with customization of propeller systems in new sales projects. The team handles everything from development and interface adaptations to detailed manufacturing drawings and customer relations. We are customer-focused and strive to become market leaders in ship propulsion by delivering high-quality service that fosters customer loyalty.

We work in a project-oriented organization, which means you will be involved in multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating with various teams to achieve our goals.

What you will be doing

You will take on overarching technical responsibility for the delivery of propeller projects and be our representative in technical matters. You will have a close dialogue with our customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure our products meet our customers' unique and specific needs. You will work side by side with our Project Managers and in close collaboration with colleagues from different divisions. The role may involve traveling to participate in product tests at suppliers and meetings with customers, which you should be open to and find exciting.

We think you should have

To succeed in this position, you should have a B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in engineering. Experience from leading projects and/or working as design engineer is meritorious. In our global organization high level of English, both written and spoken, is important.
