Job Title: Service Coordinator

Department: Customer Support

Team: A&C Services

Location: Kongsberg Maritime Korea Jeong-gwan Office

 

Main Work Tasks:

  • Responsible on Que in CRM
  • Respond inquiries for services & spare parts which are delivered by KM & KM Korea
  • Prepare and manage quotation, invoices, payment & collection and reports
  • Coordinate activities of service engineer focusing on quality and efficiency in CS service delivery
  • Answer customer telephone or e-mail inquiries, orders, service needs and complaints professionally and respond where applicable
  • Follow-up and co-ordination with customers, GCS & Other general matters
  • Administration and coordination for the service & spare parts like arranging flight schedule and arrangement for the service and shipment
  • Share customer feedback and information to colleagues to innovate and create positive long-term benefits
  • Distribute and implement internal administration task in the group as required by team manager

 

Qualification:

  • Experience in the maritime business is favorable but not a must
  • Must have excellent co-operative skills, good communication skills, result-oriented and self-motivated
  • Ready and motivated for worldwide support activities
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Self-starter / self-driven person with positive attitude
  • Ensure customers’ satisfaction and on quality of services
  • Good time management skills
  • Must meet the health requirements
