Sales Manager - Conversion and upgrade

To meet an exciting future, we are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager, Conversions and upgrade. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the sale of aftermarket conversion and system upgrade to customers globally. Right now, conversion and upgrading is one of the most exciting areas to work in. Our customers are looking to achieve maximum potential in the sailing fleet. Acting as a reliable partner for our customers you can help them reach their goals, by using our competence to provide solutions for conversions and upgrading of the sailing fleet. The role will focus specifically on upgrade to Hybrid and/or battery conversions.

Our Global Customer Support division is responsible for Kongsberg Maritimes services, upgrades and support in the aftermarket. Our 2300 employees are present in 35 different countries around the world. During the operational lifetime of more than 30.000 installations, we ensure cost-efficient delivery of services, upgrades and spare parts in order to secure availability and predictability to our customers.

 

Key accountabilities

  • Develop and deliver system offerings to customers globally
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in Aftermarket Sales processes

 

Qualifications and experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in electric Engineering, or equal is preferred
  • Experience from system sales or design
  • Knowledge and/or experience from working in the area of Power electric
  • Knowledge of KM product portfolio

Work location
Ulsteinvik or Aalesund is preffered location, but other Kongsberg Maritime sites can be considered as work location for this role.
