LignoTech Florida – a joint venture between Borregaard and Rayonier Advanced Materials, is looking for a Reliability Engineer to continuously monitor and analyze equipment performance and implement measures to improve reliability and Overall Equipment Effectiveness.

Some of the key activities of this position:

• Implement and optimize a preventative maintenance program for the plant that encompasses both preventative tasks and predictive techniques
• Investigate and analyze reasons for OEE losses and implementing cost effective means for eliminating or minimizing these
• Ensure the provision of quality customer service
• Proactively recognize and act on opportunities for performance improvement

Minimum Educational Qualifications required by the position:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical and/or Instrumentation Engineering

Minimum Experience required for the position:

• 10 years of maintenance engineering experience and expertise
• Good understanding of the applicable production process
• Detailed understanding of Failure Analysis Techniques
• Sound understanding of Maintenance techniques and systems
• Knowledge of national and international engineering standards
