- Partner with global QHSE teams to align strategy and share best practices.
Core Competencies

- Proven ability to drive system effectiveness, risk reduction, and culture change.
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of engineering, manufacturing, field service, and supplier operations.
- Skilled in navigating complex, multicultural environments across the Americas.
- Resilient, analytical, and effective in high‑impact, fast‑paced settings.

- Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Preferred certifications: ASQ CQE/CQM/CQA, CSP, CIH, or equivalent.
- Proven experience leading regional or multi‑site quality programs in complex or multinational environments.
- Demonstrated success improving QMS effectiveness, audit outcomes, CAPA performance, and non‑quality cost reduction.
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA and applicable environmental and quality standards.
