Global Customer Support is a global function within Kongsberg Maritime, responsible for selling the total scope of KM Services and solutions towards customers in the market place. Front-End is performing the daily follow up on our customers' phone or email requests to Kongsberg Maritime Global Customer Support. The global team receives all inquiries in our “follow the sun” concept. The concept is based on an 8-hour rotation between New Orleans, Singapore and Norway to provide around the clock support for our customers.
We are searching for a customer oriented and friendly Front-End Coordinator, Global Customer Support.
to support our team during the Norwegian/European business hours (08:00-16:00 Norwegian time).
Requirements:
- Customer minded, outgoing and friendly
- Service minded to the fingertips
- Brief product knowledge of the large KM product portfolio
- Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous tasks and prioritize according to established criteria and protocols
- Competence in MS Office 365, where MS CRM 4.0 and/or MS Dynamics 365 is considered an advantage
- Fluent in English
Main Tasks:
- Make our customers feel welcome, appreciated and supported when they contact us in person, by email or phone
- Make sure all inquiries to km.support@kongsberg.com are distributed to proper customer support channels, product center or email queue
- Be part of the distribution of Safety Notices and Technical Bulletins to KM equipped vessels
- Collaborate with CS management to widen the scope of work task for Front-End
- Be part of the daily handover of technical support cases
