As a C# Software Engineer on the platform development team, you will help build and maintain our internal product platform. This technology foundation delivers shared components, frameworks, and APIs to accelerate product development and ensure consistency across our ecosystem. Your C# expertise will be key to developing scalable, high-quality solutions that support innovation and compliance

The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, enjoys solving complex problems, and possesses strong skills in system integration. Practical communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a geographically distributed team are essential.

Role and responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and efficient software solutions using C# and the .NET ecosystem.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code that adheres to modern development best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine software requirements and technical specifications.
• Contribute to the evolution of our internal platform by implementing reusable components, APIs, and services.
• Participate in code reviews, share knowledge, and support continuous improvement within the team.
• Ensure software quality through unit testing, integration testing, and adherence to CI/CD practices.
• Continuously improve performance, scalability, and reliability of the platform.
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies relevant to C# and .NET development.

Experience

• Solid development background with extensive experience in C# and the .NET ecosystem.
• Proven ability to work with and modernize legacy codebases, ensuring smooth integration and minimal disruption to existing functionality.
• Experience developing and maintaining complex distributed systems, applying design patterns to ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Strong background in system integration, including working with APIs, messaging systems, and industrial communication protocols.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines

 

Qualification

• Bachelor's or master's level in computer science, cybernetics, or similar
• Good verbal and written English
