As the Business Development Director, you will be responsible for the Company`s growth in the European "Technical Management" market. Together with the top management and the business development team, the role will be vital in developing and executing our market strategy.

We offer a role with high strategic value for the Company. You will experience frequent exposure towards our clients and be a key factor towards reaching our growth ambitions. OSM Thome aims to become the world's largest player within Ship Management, and has recently completed the industry's largest ship management merger ever.

The role will work out of our office in Arendal or Bergen.
