Kongsberg Aviation Maintenance Services (KAMS) is a leading player in military aviation, dedicated to providing high-quality maintenance services for various aircraft. KAMS' engine depot for maintenance and upgrades of F135 engines for the F-35 has been operational at Rygge since 2020. Now, Kongsberg Gruppen is expanding and investing in a national airframe depot for the F-35 fighter jets at Rygge. This depot is set to be completed in the second half of 2025 and will contribute to strengthening national expertise and increasing the operational availability of the Norwegian F-35 fleet.

About the role:
We are looking for someone who has the experience, capability, and motivation to build and operate our new depot. KAMS will be responsible for the construction and operation of the depot, which will perform maintenance, upgrades, modifications, and improvements of the F-35 throughout the aircraft's lifespan – and you will be leading this effort. It is not a requirement, but if you have experience and knowledge of the F-35 program, it will be an advantage.
