Aftermarket Sales Manager - Digital Solutions Kongsberg Maritime AS, Aftermarket Sales, IntSol, Global Customer Support

Our Global Customer Support division is responsible for all Kongsberg Maritimes services and support in the aftermarket. Our more than 2000 employees are present in 35 different countries around the world. During the operational lifetime of more than 30.000 installations, we ensure cost-efficient delivery of services, upgrades and spare parts in order to secure availability and predictability to our customers.



Due to increased focus on the continued digital transformation within the maritime industry, Aftermarket Sales is looking for a Aftermarket Sales Manager to join the team.

Responsibilities

• Sales of digital solutions in the commercial maritime market in close collaboration with aftermarket sales team
• Maintain and develop customer relations to digital solutions in KM
• Preparation of quotations and discuss digital solutions with customers
• Develop sales and customer strategies for our products and solutions
• Work closely with regional sales representable in the local KM offices.
• Be digital responsible in the aftermarket sales team

 

Qualifications and experience

• University or technical college degree within Engineering, Business, IT –  relevant experience can replace formal education
• Good knowledge and experience with Kongsberg Maritime core control systems.
• Proactive and commercially driven team player.
• Good communication skills in English and Norwegian, both written and oral
• 3- 5 years relevant experience in the Maritime or Oil & Gas industries is preferable/an advantage
