The security environment is rapidly increasing in complexity and threats which includes new responsibilities and regulatory requirements. It has therefore been decided to strengthen this area with a Vice President driving the new Cybersecurity organisation. The new VP will be member of the IT management team with direct reference to the CIO. The VP will have responsibility for approximately 10 people plus external consultants.

The role represents a unique opportunity for personal and professional growth, as it is a new venture within IT. The person filling the position will therefore have great impact in shaping the scope of the position, depending on their engagement, commitment and skillset.

 

Your role:

• Defining the cybersecurity strategy, operational, tactical and technical management and operations across the global organisation
• Defining the IT Information security policies in corporation with the Corporate Information Security Organisation
• Leading cybersecurity functions and processes together with stakeholders
• Managing the governance, risk and compliance together with the GRC Manager
• Driving and facilitating both internal and external cybersecurity activities to include pen. Test., audits, and security advisory on business-critical services and solutions.
• Continuously development of Cybersecurity cooperation between IT and OT (Operational Technology)
• Budget responsibility for the Cybersecurity organisation

 

Your profile:

• Experience with reporting and managing Cybersecurity operations
• Experience as Head Cybersecurity in a Chief Information Security Organisation or similar role
• Knowledge with international global Cybersecurity operations Experience with latest state-of-the-art Cybersecurity policies, processes and technologies to include Emergency Response Planning and Business Continuity
• Experience with managing a Cybersecurity organisation with strong knowledge of Standards and best practices for information security
• Updated with Cybersecurity technology and trend monitoring taking innovative steps to continuously improve Statkraft Cybersecurity capabilities and capacities
