Are you someone who loves keeping things organized, taking initiative, and making sure everything runs smoothly? An exciting opportunity has arisen as we are looking for Training Coordinator to join our training team in Rauma. In this role you will be responsible for coordinating internal and external product training courses and that all course related arrangements and communication is done according to the process.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training events for both internal and external customers.
• Coordinate travelling and accommodation arrangements for training attendees.
• Manage visa invitation letters and other official course-related documentation.
• Act as the main point of contact for both internal and external participants throughout the training process.
• Manage invoicing for internal and external customers.
• Prepare monthly financial reports related to training operations.

What we’re looking for:

• Good organizational skills and the ability to keep things running smoothly
• Experienced with various digital tools and quick to adapt to new ones
• Good Finnish and English language skills, other languages are considered an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A team player who enjoys helping others and solving problems
