Odfjell Drilling Subsea Trainee Program is seeking highly motivated candidates with the right basic skills and formal education.
The Program will last up to 24 months and requires high level of dedication and flexibility from our chosen trainees.
Subsea Trainees will be exposed and familiarized to the entire Mobile rig fleet in Odfjell Drilling.

The phases of the program:

 Introduction to the program
 Training
 Evaluation of Candidate performance
 Qualifying candidate to subsea engineer

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Mechanical/ Hydraulic/Electrical engineering education is required. Preferably an engineering degree.
Excellent Norwegian and English communication skills, both oral and written.
Comprehensive rig experience from relevant technical position can compensate for formal education.
The candidate must be highly motivated and flexible during the Trainee period.
Basic hydraulic competence is necessary.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Take an active part in the preparation and implementation of training program.
Show active interest and initiative in their own training.
Use active learning / evaluation during the training period.
Give feedback for improvements to Instructor, Unit Management and HR contact.
