Service Project Manager

Are you driven by results and passionate about building strong customer relationships? Global Customer Support – Energy at Kongsberg Maritime is looking for a dedicated Service Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects for our global fleet.
Join a collaborative team known for its supportive, informal culture. You’ll take charge of the commercial and technical execution of service projects, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and satisfied customers.
We’re looking for a structured and proactive project manager who can handle complexity, manage risk, and keep projects on track—on time, on budget, and to spec. Technical knowledge is a plus, but what matters most is your ability to lead, communicate, and deliver.
About the Role
You’ll be supporting the full portfolio of our electrification, drives, and energy storage products—including switchboards, electric drives, rotating equipment, batteries, and integrated energy systems for marine applications. This role gives you the opportunity to work across markets and navigate technical and commercial challenges with a strong team behind you.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations in collaboration with internal teams
- Plan, manage, and deliver projects within scope and mandate
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure seamless invoicing
- Act as the primary point of contact between KM and our customers
- Ensure quality assurance and documentation
- Participate in internal improvement initiatives
- Contribute to project financial performance
- Collaborate with global service teams across KM
Who We’re Looking For
- Project management experience (or a strong motivation to take on that role)
- Experience in customer-facing or commercial roles
- Interest in maritime operations and technology
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Valid work permit in Norway
