A position as scientist is open in the Experimental Cancer Immunotherapy Group lead by Johanna Olweus, MD, PhD, at Dept. of Cancer Immunology, Institute for Cancer Research, Oslo University Hospital Radiumhospitalet.

Kvalifikasjoner:

• A Master´s degree in immunology, with a deep knowledge in T cell and cancer immunology
• At least 1 year of relevant hands-on laboratory experience
  
• Excellent written and spoken English
  
• Excellent team working skills
  

Personlige egenskaper:

PCR techniques including ddPCR, DNA & RNA isolation, gene knock in, cell transduction and transfection, cell culture, including of primary T cells, flow cytometry, mammalian protein purification, immunofluorescence, primer/probe design, Western blotting and subcellular protein fractionation. The preferred candidat does also have experience with scientific writing (co-author on submitted/accepted or published manuscripts).
