We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to support our USV program. You will collaborate with a team of world-class developers across multiple technical disciplines and participate in planning and executing sea tests in Horten and other locations.

What you will be doing

• Manage the development of the USV, coordinate with engineering and design teams
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• Track and deliver milestones, manage financial accounting, and mitigate risks
• Control costs and manage variations
• Manage the project budget, providing monthly progress and finance reports 
• Interfacing with internal and external stakeholders

We think you should have

• BSc / MSc in Engineering or Project Management
• Experience in managing large-scale projects
• Experience with project delivery in the defense sector, or managing new build projects of increased complexity within the marine sector
• Experience in Vessel Systems and knowledge of USV technology
• Experience with Project Management tools like MS Project, Primavera is an advantage
• Experience with ERP Systems (Axapta) is an advantage
• Experience with Quality Systems like ISO, AQAP is an advantage 
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Norwegian and English
