We are looking for an addition to the team at our Material Competence Centre (MCC) for PROTECTOR weapon stations in Thun:

Office administrator (part time: 20%)

You will be responsible for: 

  • General accounting tasks
  • Correspondence d/e/(f)
  • Reception in the office and on the phone
  • Various administrative tasks
  • Mail dispatch and incoming mail control
  • Taking minutes
  • Item management
  • Graphic editing

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial training (or equivalent);
  • Confident handling of MS Office applications;
  • Basic knowledge of graphics programmes or willingness to learn;
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English, spoken French;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Willingness to handle the workload flexibly and to increase it if necessary.
