As a Junior Finance Business Partner you support the of drive business performance, continuous productivity improvements and standardization across the organization as well as provide solutions to support business decisions, M&A activities, investment plans and forecasting process.
You will influence decision making. Use analysis to develop business and financial insight, provide budget feedback, and play an important role in the value creation. You perform Financial Analysis - Completes regular financial analysis, identifying and managing financial risk, completing financial research, performing economic and sales forecasting, analyzing sales and overall performance, and managing financial data. Analysis comes together to assist the company in decision-making.


In addition to this, you are accountable for the following Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in Budget/Forecast process – Assist and support the Finance Business Partner with financial analysis in the forecast process
• Provide financial analysis
• Develop understanding of the business context associated with value creation, translate financial and non-financial data into business opportunities
• Accountable for timely and high-quality financial reporting, analysis and metrics to key stakeholders
• Drive one set of numbers across all financial reports
• Analysis and interpretation of financial information to produce forecasts of business, industry and economic conditions and drive actions in collaboration with stakeholders
• Part of local administrational tasks & preparation of presentation material
• Develop financial models and performance measures
Location of the position is in Karlshamn.

• Finance background or similar. Strong analytical abilities and on top a structured, reliable personality supporting you in planning, executing and prioritizing activities
• Commercial mindset and a good understanding and interest in a global context
• Proactive and able to take own initiatives
• Is undeterred and persistent despite resistance and difficulties; carries on when faced with adversity
• Has a high energy-level; gets things done without compromising quality
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint experience at super-user level
• Experience working with and interest in financial BI reporting


The right candidate works independently with minimum supervision, make suggestions on best practice and improving current processes and procedures. You think independently of creative solutions to problems. You are able to analyze large volumes of data and clearly communicate findings. Have effective interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) and willingly cooperate with the others towards the same goals and objectives.
