Statkraft’s International Trainee Programme is a great introduction into working life. You will spend 16-months learning and developing yourself alongside other graduates, and kick start your career in renewables. The programme consists of three job rotations across the company, of which at least one will be abroad. As a trainee, you will participate in various professional development courses and gatherings to acquire new skills and share experiences. You will also become a part of our brand-new CEO-led Future Board initiative– an advisory board made up of trainees and young professionals at Statkraft. HR Trainee, Attraction and Mobility
Location: Oslo, Norway

Our Corporate HR department is made up of business enablers who are the backbone to almost everything we do at Statkraft, providing seamless and value-adding work to the organisation and playing an important role in our mission towards a carbon free future. We have three key Centres of Expertise in Corporate HR consisting of People Development, Workforce Shaping & Culture and Attraction & Mobility. This trainee position will be based In the Attraction and Mobility which has responsibility for recruitment, internal mobility, employer branding, onboarding, and early careers programs at a group level.

As a trainee in the Attraction and Mobility team, you will take part in three rotations that will cover:

• Work with end to end recruitment across various areas, countries, and specializations including sourcing, pipelining, and analytics.
• Learn about strategic employer branding both internally and externally and how to do it effectively across a global organization
• Support our internal mobility strategy and programs on a global level
• Participate in various projects including new tools and technology

About you:

We look for an HR trainee with the right mindset and essential skills to help us future-proof our business and renewable energy solutions. This includes:

• Master`s degree in business/finance or human resources
• Strong verbal and written communication skills/comfortable presenting
• Ability to think creativity and come up with new and innovative solutions
• Enjoys working with people cross-functionally and geographically
• Self-driven, comfortable working in a high tempo environment
• Fluency in English is required

Non-Essential skills that would be beneficial to have include:

• Ability to create social media content or digital editing skills is an asset
• Fluency in other European languages would be an asset (French, Italian, Spanish, dutch or German)
• Experience in a previous internship or relevant work experience (ideally HR areas)
