An exciting opportunity has arisen as HR Advisor, reporting to Head of HR Services. In this role, you will be a part of the HR Services team delivering HR services to all employees in Kongsberg Maritime, Norway.

As HR Advisor you will provide transactional services across the HR Services and advice to employees, managers, HR Managers and HR Business Partners. You will be part of the HR Services team supporting across all areas of Kongsberg Maritime.

Key accountabilities

• To provide excellent first line support to employees on all basic HR topics
• To effectively manage all basic HR administrative processes and operational services
• To support the wider HR team on projects as required
• To ensure processes and tasks are completed in relation to Norwegian legislation and global / local Kongsberg policies, including ensuring data protection and confidentiality at all levels

 

Qualifications and experience

• Educated at degree level from relevant subject.
• Experience with HCM systems
• Effective listening and communication skills to enable you to fully understand the needs of the customer and respond appropriately
• Experience with case management
