One of the company's main tasks is to provide our customers with safety and health advice as well as local assistance, including evacuations, general medicine, travel medicine, emergency medicine, telemedicine, occupational health services, covid-testing and emergency services. 

In Denmark, we also provide health services, a large range of work environment services and staffing offshore.  

Do you want to be part of our Health team based in Esbjerg, Denmark and are ready for new challenges in a global market-leading company in medical consulting and staffing? 

To this newly created role, we are now looking for a professionally skilled, efficient and service-minded Health Manager to support our new client Total Energies in Esbjerg.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Managing Medical Services - Oversee the offshore medical staffing program with respect to new mobilizations, new staff onboarding, asset level tasking and performance management.
  • Occupational Health Services  - In collaboration with the Company Occupational Health Physician, plan and organize Occupational Health Programs/Health campaigns including reporting and Onward program design. Overseeing the management and review of escalated cases, case reviews, policy discussions. 
  • Supply chain -  Supervise and support reviews of medication, supplies and equipment standards

Required qualifications and skills:

  • Danish authorized nurse
  • Interest in Offshore- and/or Occupational Health
  • Preferably experience from working offshore
  • Having experience from managing staff is an advantage
  • Plan and execute workdays in a structured and effective way
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulation
  • Understand roles and organizations within the offshore segment
  • Understand relevant defined product lines and service capacity for the client
