HR across Statkraft are continuously working to enable good organisational and people development, and the best possible day-to-day employee experience for our Statkraft colleagues. We are currently working to ensure that the HR function itself is well set up to support Statkraft’s ambitions and are seeking a Head of People Service Excellence. 

The role as Head of People Service Excellence will report to VP HR Global People Experiences and have responsibility to develop, deliver and improve global processes and shared services expertise. At Statkraft, we have a strong mission and our employees are motivated by the fact their work truly impacts tomorrow. Your role: 

  • You will lead a team of geographically dispersed resources providing experience and process management for global HR processes, and best practice guidelines for Facility Management 
  • Initiate, build and sustain productive relationships with business stakeholders and internal delivery partners 
  • Embody the “People First” vision through developing and improving global experiences and ensure necessary local adaptations 
  • Responsibility for global process ownership – enabling efficient and effective services through global processes, technology, and contracts  
  • Guide and lead the business in following the “Global First” vision developing, implementing and improving global processes, and ensure necessary local adaptations within the Global People Experiences scope
  • Subject matter expertise on service catalogue, service finance, charging, SLA, governance, Customer relations, Vendor and Contract Management, Data & reportingGDPR etc. 
  • Ensure Statkraft has data and insight from HR processes and services, including compliance control and KPIs 

About you: 

We are looking for someone with a proven track record leading the delivery of people focused services in a matrix organization with global operations and stakeholders. That includes knowledge in: 

  • 7-10 years’ experience working with global processes and experience/service management within shared services or other service organizations 
  • Building, leading and developing an interdisciplinary team 
  • Experience with building global processes which are standardized, and efficient, but locally adapted and compliant  
  • Stakeholder management, cultural awareness and communication capabilities, from working in large/medium-sized international organisations with matrix organization  
  • Experience in leading design of processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective shared services  
  • Strong understanding of digitalization and technology and how to use systems to improve efficiency and work processes 
  • Experience from service finance management/charging mechanisms 
  • Experience in setting up and maintaining agreements and relationships with vendors and internal partners to ensure successful deliveries 
  • Change management in complex organizations 
  • Managing risks and prioritizing mitigating actions 
  • Juggling multiple and conflicting priorities in a timely and sensitive way 
  • Encouraging team play and collaboration as a part of realizing an overall vision
