KONGSBERG Corporate Accounting, Reporting & Controlling is seeking candidates for managing risk and group controlling processes in the group. You will be working closely with our business areas and be part of a team that are continuously making improvements to our reporting and controlling processes.

KONGSBERG Corporate Accounting, Reporting & Controlling has the main responsibility for the group’s quarterly and annual financial statements, monthly financial reporting to the Corporate Management Team and Board of Directors, Group target & financial planning processes, Group business controlling, development of group financial KPI’s, and group enterprise RISK management process.

  

Your Responsibilities:

• Managing group business controlling processes
• Be responsible for group financial forecasting
• Managing group Enterprise Risk Management process
• Monitoring financial and non-financial KPIs
• Monitoring and analyzing cost improvement programs in the group
• Be an important contributor to Corporate Management and BoD reporting

 

 You are/have:

• Highly experienced with business controlling and financial planning
• Experienced with risk management processes
• Strong financial understanding
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong communication skills
• Strong presentation skills (including PowerPoint, think cell)

Your Merits:

• Master's Degree within Finance or Accounting & Auditing
• Documented experience from business controlling and other relevant experience (accounting, audit, advisory etc.).
• Experience from working in an international and complex environment with international colleagues and advisors
• Fluent English and Norwegian, written and oral
