We are currently working to ensure that the HR function itself is well set up to support Statkraft’s ambitions and are seeking a Head of Digital People Experiences. 

The role head of Digital People Experiences will report to VP HR Global People Experiences and have responsibility to deliver digital transformation initiatives and supporting business projects. At Statkraft, we have a strong mission and our employees are motivated by the fact their work truly impacts tomorrow. Your role: 

• You will lead a team of geographically dispersed resources to deliver digital first people experience designs, projects and digital initiatives
• Initiate, build and sustain productive relationships with business stakeholders and internal delivery partners
• Embody the “People First” vision through providing expertise in service/experience design, use of digital technology and facilitating involvement of users and business in projects
• Guide the business in following the “Global First” vision by ensuring a global focus in projects, roadmaps and technology choices
• Develop, maintain and realize the digital roadmap for Global People Experiences scope, including shared services technology
• Ensure sensible roll-out and successful handover of new technology and experiences in collaboration with the other two units in Global People Experiences and the HR Community
• Ensure insight into market trends and best practices for HR, Facility Management  and related technology & methods
• Responsible for the timely delivery of projects within cost, quality and user experience parameters 

About you: 

We are looking for someone with a proven track record leading the delivery of people focused services in a matrix organization with global operations and stakeholders. That includes knowledge in: 

• 7-10 years’ experience working with service/experience design and project management within shared services or other service organizations 
• Building, leading and developing an interdisciplinary team 
• Experience with designing people experiences which are global, standardized, and efficient, but locally adapted and compliant  
• Stakeholder management, cultural awareness and communication capabilities, in large/medium-sized international organisations with matrix organization & global operations 
• Structuring projects, initiatives and efficiently follow up the progress as project manager or owner, ensuring delivery on time, cost, quality and user experience 
• Experience in setting up and maintaining agreements and relationships with vendors and internal partners to ensure successful deliveries 
• Change management in complex organizations 
• Managing risks and prioritizing mitigating actions 
• Juggling multiple and conflicting priorities in a timely and sensitive way 
• Encouraging team play and collaboration as a part of realizing an overall vision
