Global Operation Manger - Bridge & Control, Training

An incredible opportunity awaits you as Global Operation Manager for Bridge & Control training. In this role, you will play a part in our dynamic and global Training management team delivering essential contribution for our business.

It is preferrable with some years with personnel management and that you can motivate your team to deliver on common strategic goals. The management team are also here to help you grow.

What you will be doing

  • P&L responsibility for the course portfolio
  • Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of training, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to client specifications.
  • Assist global network in product and operational critical training related questions
  • Ensuring that training meet the quality standards and client expectations trough regular audit processes.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing best practices to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

We think you should have

  • Education: An educational background and/or experience in marine operations. 
  • Technical experience: Control systems, Integrated solutions; Interest in and ability to link details to a broader system and operational understanding. 
  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English, both verbal and written. 
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to create confidence between groups and departments. 
  • Commercial Mindset: Understanding the business aspects of training in different marine segments
  • Customer Focus: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. 
  • Authority and Decision-Making Skills: Ability to effectively communicate and report customer needs to internal stakeholders
