If so, a Border Compliance Coordinator position we have in Immingham could be for you!!!

If you’re looking for a 9-5 position, this isn’t the role for you. Our operation runs constantly so we need you to be flexible as our shifts run on a 5-week rotation. They are based on Mon – Fri working, and include a mixture of mornings, days, & evenings, with some on call work at a weekend on a rota basis. If you are bubbly & outgoing, but enjoy working as part of a dedicated team, with a good eye for the finer detail, then please get in touch with us. A high level of IT experience is a necessary skill, due to the variety of computer systems used, but the team are on hand to develop and train the successful candidate on specific tasks. Previous knowledge of Customs, Shipping or Logistics industry would be desirable, along with the ability to multitask as you’ll be working in the heart of logistics.

Processing customs clearance, bookings, and manifest requirements daily, as well as immigration clearances. Coordinating with the local UK Border Force and ensuring the customs systems are handled correctly. Completing the uploading of dangerous goods manifests and a close liaison with relevant stakeholders with any queries. Communicating with our teams in both the Ports of Newcastle and Immingham you’ll also be providing support in relation to customs ID for the many voyages. We understand that to be successful we need to grow and develop our talent.
